“Holy sites satisfy our desire for the deeply real to be in a place where time stops and we are seized by the mysteries.” —Richard Levinton, The Galaxy on Earth
Presence of Heart specializes in bringing spiritual seekers together as part of global and personal transformation. Over the years I have brought my own students as well as collaborated with other leaders and teachers who want to delve into the Egyptian mysteries or South Africa’s sacred sites. Having experienced profound shifts in my own consciousness as a result of traveling with other seekers to sacred sites, I have dedicated myself to creating magical and powerful journeys for other like-minded individuals. When one travels to sacred sites, the energy of those places informs and magnifies the seekers lens and intensifies the experience. It also provides an opportunity to participate in the global shifts that are occurring at this time in our history. Often the tours are planned around auspicious astrological events, which enable the travelers to become part of shifting world consciousness.
Presence of Heart realizes that the utmost care and support is required for deep and meaningful transformation to occur. Time is set aside for meditation, group sharing and individual processing. Our agents share the vision and often arrange for special visits that enhance the experience at these sites. Presence of Heart also believes that we must give back to each place that we visit.
In Egypt, I have worked for years with Mohamed Nazmy of Quest Travel who has dedicated funds to helping crippled children and orphans in Egypt. We have contributed to his charities. In South Africa we are working with Corelight and their Seeds of Light projects, Global Community Rising, and Tsau, the non-profit dedicated to saving the white lions of South Africa. As we connect to the people of the lands we visit, we feel part of rather than outside of the cultures looking for ways to bridge gaps and understanding. We become part of our global family not as outsiders looking in, but participants in a world that gets smaller everyday. Those of us from Western countries, who are privileged with resources and opportunities to travel can truly make a difference to those who have not been as fortunate. And although we bring our money and spiritual commitments to these places, we often receive so much more in love and appreciation from the people of these lands.
